Meetings & Communication

Molly schedules Zoom meetings and phone calls (or however you prefer to communicate) between 9am and 5pm PT on Mondays and Wednesdays. If you need another day or time, please reach out to Molly@MollyKRearick.com.

Amy schedules Zoom meetings and phone calls (or however you prefer to communicate) between 9am and 5pm PT on Mondays and Wednesdays and between 9am and 1:30pm PT on Fridays. If you need another day or time, please reach out to Amy@MollyKRearick.com.

We value and honor your time and ours!

If you haven't arrived for a Zoom meeting by five minutes after our scheduled start time, we will close the room and attempt to reschedule for a later time
If we are unable to reach you via phone five minutes after a scheduled call we will attempt to reschedule
If you need to reschedule for any reason, please don't hesitate to contact us ahead of time - no explanations needed

Accommodations

When meeting via Zoom, phone call, or other means we will ask for accommodations including recording meetings so that our team members can process information and develop written reports without needing the fine motor skills to take notes in real time. These accommodations allow team members to be present and work in ways that make sense for them.
